リフレッシュ、S2000

茨城県からご来店のお客様のS2000のリフレッシュ作業を今日から行っています。S2000も発売から10年が経過して、サスペンション・エンジン・内外装・ブレーキの他、各ブッシュ類・ゴムモールまで劣化が気になる車が目に付くようになりました。でもS2000のボディはかなり強固で、ボディが弱くなってきたとオーナーさんが感じていても、実はゴムモールや樹脂パーツ類を新品にしたりダンパーな内外装パーツをOHしたり磨いたり交換することで車の印象が大きく変わり、さらに10年愛情を持ってS2000と付き合って行きたい気持ちになれます。
ディーラーさんで純正パーツリストから必要パーツをピックアップして交換していくのも1つの方法ですが、ASMではそれに加えて自社製品・無限製品・Spoon製品を中心にアフターパーツを効果的に組み合わせて作業工賃を抑えながらリフレッシュすることをご提案しています。今回のお客様は以下のメニューをご注文下さいました。
・ホンダ純正 S2000後期型ヘッドライトユニット
・ホンダ純正 S2000後期型テールランプユニット
・ホンダ純正 フロントブレーキキャリパー
・ホンダ純正 リヤブレーキキャリパー
・ASM ステンレスメッシュブレーキホース
・ZONE ブレーキパッド 10F／12D
・AP RACING PRF660ブレーキフルード
・Spoon オーバーホールミッション
・無限 サスペンション関連ブッシュ
・無限 エンジンマウントブッシュ
・TODA RACING 軽量クランクプーリー
サスペンション周辺や走行中の動きが大きいエンジンマウントなどを強化ブッシュに交換することでS2000らしいハンドリングを復活させるのと同時に、ブレーキキャリパー・パッド・ブレーキフルードを一新してブレーキ性能を向上させます。ミッションはSpoon製、フロントアッパーアーム取付部の補強もSpoon製ガセットプレートを溶接します。毎週1〜2台必ず作業が入る定番パーツになったTODA RACING軽量クランクプーリーも同時装着です。
ASMでは今年の9月を目処にオリジナルリフレッシュメニューを販売開始予定です。主な項目として、シャーシ／ダンパー／サスペンションアーム／ハブ／ブレーキ／クラッチ／デファレンシャル／ステアリング／エクステリアを純正パーツでリフレッシュすることを基本としつつ、各種アフターパーツを組み合わせてチューニングも同時に行うことができます。入庫前にメカニックと一緒にS2000に乗ったり車体をチェックして作業が必要な箇所を選定しますから、無駄なく効率的にリフレッシュできます。8月末頃からASM店頭で受付を始める予定で、1ヶ月2台までの作業となります。
Starting from today we are refreshing this S2000 from Ibaragi. 10years has past by for this S2000. Many parts like the damper, engine, interior, exterior, brakes, bushes and rubber molds are aging with deterioration. But the body of S2000 is very stiff even though the owner feels is getting weak, changing the rubber parts, plastic parts to new, overhauling dampers, interior and exterior or polishing it will change the car largely. You will be able to love your S2000 for another 10years.
Getting genuine parts from the dealer is one way of doing it but at ASM, using after market parts from ASM, MUGEN and SPOON to even make it better than genuine and to save installment fee for refreshing. Here are the items we are going to do with this car.
・HONDA Genuine S2000 late type head light unit.
・HONDA Genuine S2000 late type tail light unit.
・HONDA Genuine S2000 front brake caliper
・HONDA Genuine S2000 rear brake caliper
・ASM Stainless mesh brake horse
・ZONE Brake Pad 10F/12D
・AP RACING PRF660 Brake Fluid
・Spoon Overhauled Transmission
・MUGEN Suspension connecting Bushes
・MUGEN Engine mount bush
・TODA RACING Light weight crank pulley
We have installed enhanced bushes for the engine mount dampers to reduce large movement while driving and bring back the handling of the S2000. Renewing the brake caliper, brake pad, brake fluid to improve the performance of the brakes. The transmission will be from SPOON with the SPOON enhanced gusset plate welded on the front upper arm. A popular item which almost every week we are installing the TODA RACING light weight crank pulley also will be installed.
At ASM starting from September we will start our original refresh menu. Mainly doing chassis, damper, suspension arm, hub, brake, clutch, deferential, steering and exterior for refreshing base on a using genuine parts but also after market parts can be chosen for improving the car. Before doing anything to the car, our mechanic will drive the car with the customer to check the car from performance wise and redoing the interior and exterior. And off cause we will check the car and only do the place which needs to be done to refresh efficiently. We will start taking orders from end of august at ASM. Only two car can be attended in one month.
