そう言えば、いつの間にか完売していました

2007年10月に発売開始した100台分限定I.S.Designナンバーボルトが12月頃に完売していました。途中からさっぱり売れなくなって永遠に残り5セットぐらいあるんじゃないかと言う錯覚を僕らも持ちそうになっていましたが、どういうわけか11月後半から一気に売れて規定数量完売となりました。「YOKOHAMAって言う文字が刻印されているのが良い」とか「ASMって刻印されているのが良い」とか「ステンレスで錆びないのが良い」とか色々な声がありますが、買って使っている人が満足してくれているみたいなので良かったです。そういう僕も、S2000 1号車・3号車・赤いMINIに装着してかなり満足した製品でした。
再販売を望む声をたくさんいただいておりますが、サービス品の感覚で作った製品なのと、最初に買ってくれたお客様に敬意を表して以上を持ちまして完売とさせていただきますっ！・・・が（笑）、2009年モデル？としてフルチタンバージョンの製作を60本限定で検討しています。価格は全くの未定。今のステンレス製が300本作って1本1,575円、素材がチタンで製作本数がさらに少なくなるので価格は大幅にアップ間違いなし。60本（20台分）限定ですから2年ぐらいかけて欲しい人が買ってくれればOKでしょう。今から出来上がりが楽しみです。
We started to sale I.S.Design number plate bolt since October 2007. Limited production of 100 pieces. We manage to sale all of it in December. Half way through, it wasn’t selling well with five sets left. But around end of November, it seems we sold all of it.
Customers who purchase the bolts like it because it is made out of stainless steel which doesn’t rust the writings which says “YOKOHAMA” and “ASM”. They all say they are satisfied with the product. Even I am using it on the S2000 No.1 car and the red MINI and I am satisfied with the product.
They were a lot of voices after that which they wanted to purchase it. Unfortunately we didn’t produce this for any profit but we just might produce again this year made out of titanium. Maybe limited edition of 60 pieces 20sets. I haven’t decided on the price because it’s not a huge amount and its going to be made out of titanium, most probably it will cost more then the stainless. I think if I can sell it within two years I should be satisfied and looking forward at the finished product.
