フロントテンションバーGT Prototype

バージョンnismoには、フロントコアサポートとストラットタワーを連結している補強バーが装着されていることをご存知でしょうか？一見効果がなさそうな黒くて細いスチールパイプなのですが、ハンドリング向上に確実に効果があるので、VQ35HRエンジン搭載のノーマルバージョンオーナーさんが流用しようと考えるパーツのひとつです。ところがこれ、一般的な純正部品と比べてかなり高価なことがネックとなっており、左右の細いバーと真ん中の左右連結させているバーの3点セットで6万円に達します。それだけのコストをかけるのであれば、より一層の効果を出しつつもデザインに優れた補強バーを用意しようと言うことで、開発スタートから1年近くかかりようやく最終試作段階に入りました。
本製品はHRエンジン搭載車、バージョンnismo、380RSに適合します。非常に剛性もコストも高いオーバルシャフトステンレスパイプを左右連結バーに採用。ストラットタワー取付部分には、剛性を最重視して削り出しのステンレスカップを特注製作しています。それらを接合するガセットプレートをはじめ、全ての部分にレース直系のモノ作りの考え方が取り入れられているパーツです。2009年4月の発売を目指して最終段階に入りました。

Did you know with the nismo ver. The front core support and strut tower bar attached together? Just by the look of that black thin steel pipe it doesn’t help handling even though it does. There are a lot of customers with the normal VQ35HR engine which there like to divert to theirs. Even though it is a genuine part, it cost quite a lot. Which made out three piece parts, it costs \60,000Yen. If you are planning to spend that much amount for that black thin pipe, we thought of making one which has more effect and with design. After a year of development, we have finally entered the final faze.
The product will be for HR engine, nismo ver. And 380RS. With high stiff and high cost of oval shaft stainless pipe for the both side to attached. For the strut tower part will be looking for more reinforce and will be from stainless cup. With the gusset plate to joint them, each part has the same way of making race cars. It will be officially out in April.
