Z33HR用エキゾーストマニホールド、2009年夏のホットアイテム

先週は2台装着、今週もHRエンジン用エキマニの作業が入りました。Z33×SACLAMと言う組み合わせは既に定番と言えるものですが、その音質の本領発揮のためには完全等長のエキゾーストマニホールドが必ず必要です。ASM製エキゾーストマニホールドは、排気管のスペシャリストSACLAM宇野さんの手によって生み出された、まさにVQ35HRと380RSのためのチューニングパーツ。プライマリー径を45φとすることで排気効率も大幅に向上させながら、抜け過ぎることがありません。VQ35DEエンジンにはやや細め（42.5φ）ですがマキシムワークス製エキゾーストマニホールドを推奨しています。
装着前にはこのようにサーモバンテージで熱対策をしています。ASMではシリカファイバーを採用したBILLION製スーパーサーモバンテージ100を採用。比較的スペースがあって放熱性が良いS2000に装着する場合には無用な製品トラブルを避けるためにもお薦めしていませんが、Z33はエキマニの真横をハーネス類が通っているので、熱対策は万全にした方が安心です。
■ASM エキゾーストマニホールド by SACLAM VQ35HR＆380RS用 283,500円
・SACLAM社設計〜製造まで一貫して行っている、HRエンジン専用エキマニです。
・Z33用SACLAMサイレンサーキット＋純正触媒＋純正Y字パイプとの組み合わせを推奨します。
・取付工賃は別途63,000円必要です。
・当製品装着時にはサーモバンテージ等で遮熱処理することをお勧めします。（費用別途）
・作業にはまる1日かかるため、完全予約制とさせていただきます。
We installed two pcs last week and again installing the exhaust manifold for the HR engine. The combination of Z33 with SACLAM it feels like standard, but for improved sound quality you will need a equal length pipe for it. And the ASM exhaust manifold is made by SACLAM by Mr. Uno him self by hand. It’s a special part especially for VQ35HR and 380RS. The primary pipe to 45φ for more improved the flow of the exhaust and off cause not too much. For the VQ35DE engines it will be slightly thinner with the size of 42.5φ by Maximum Works exhaust manifold.
Before installing it we tape up with the thermo tape for heat resistance. At ASM we use the BILLION Super Thermo Band aids 100 using the silica fiber. I don’t usually recommend for S2000 since It has space and radiation performance and also to reduce trouble. But for the Z33, beside the exhaust manifold, the harness passes through and so it will be best to be prepared.
■ASM Exhaust Manifold by SACLAM for VQ35HR＆380RS 283,500 Yen
・Design and Made by SACLAM. For HR Engines exhaust manifold.
・Recommend using the Z33 SACLAM Silencer kit with stock catalyser and stock “Y” shape pipe
・Installment fee is 63,000 Yen
・Installing this product, recommend using thermo tape for heat resistance.
・Recommend making reservation for installment due to it will take a hole day.
