最初の選択はI.S.Designサイレンサーキット

最近S2000を手に入れて、ほぼ最初の本格的パーツの装着がこのマフラーでした。初めてのマフラー購入で最も不安が付き纏うのが「違法改造車」と言うレッテルを貼られる音量オーバーだと思います。時代背景を考えた時に作り手が最も意識しないといけない部分ですね。AP1は騒音値計測回転数が6,225回転と異常に高いため、その回転で96dbに収めながら、いかにドライバーが良い音と感じる音質と音量をバランスできるかと言うのが大きなポイントです。
また、このサイレンサーキットはマフラー単体ではなく、エアクリーナー（ASMまたは無限）、エキゾーストマニホールド（ASM・TODA・無限）、ビッグスロットル（ASM）、ECU（G.T WORKS）との同時交換でも音量を規制値に収めることに成功しています。これからのステップアップをお考えのS2000オーナーさんも安心して購入していただくことができますよ。

After getting the S2000, the first modified parts he purchased was this silencer. Most customers will be worried with the silencers, modifying them you have to worry about over volume with the regulations. With the regulations becoming more strict, as a maker its important to keep this in mind. For the AP1 the regulations say that it has to be within 96db at 6,225rpm. It’s very high so it’s difficult to keep within 96db and to have the sound quality and volume which the driver can appreciate.
Not only just with the silencer kit but changing the air-cleaner box to ASM or Mugen, exhaust manifold to ASM, TODA, or Mugen, big throttle to ASM, ECU to G.T WORKS the sound volume still is within the 96db and passes the regulations. For those S2000 owners who are thinking of a step up after installing the silencer kit will still have a relief with it.
