KW Damper Kit Version-3（2way）の魅力

長野県からご来店のS2000オーナーさんがKWダンパーキットをご購入下さいました。車を使用するのはほとんどが街乗り＋高速道路、今後楽しむ程度にサーキットを走りたいと言う内容です。また降雪エリアなので融雪剤が撒かれた中で車を使うため、錆対策も考えないといけません。
お薦めしたのはKWダンパーキットでした。ドイツアウトバーン仕込みの高速安定性はもちろんのこと、ステンレスボディで錆に強く、各部がストリートダンパーらしく強固に作られているのが大きな特長です。さらにBump/Reboundを完全個別調整できるため、今ASMがSREダンパーに取り入れているセッティングが可能になっているのも大きな武器でしょう。お薦めすればSRE 1WAYをお買い上げ下さるようなお客様でしたが、使用用途と条件から敢えてKWをお薦めしました。今後スポーツ走行の比率が上がるようでしたら、KWより良い乗り心地とスポーツ性能を併せ持つSREダンパーキットへの買い替えをご検討下さい。
前日にはASM Aragostaサスペンションキットのお問い合わせをいただいたり、S2000オーナーさんのサスペンションキットへの関心は高まるばかりです。特にAP1-100〜120型オーナーさんはリフレッシュを兼ねて交換される傾向が強くなりました。初期型で気になったリヤの突き上げを軽減すると言う意味でもKWダンパーは有効です。個人的にはKWを入れるなら2WAYを選択しないと、その良さを十分に引き出せないと思います。中古車でS2000を手に入れたオーナーさんも、乗り心地や車の難しさが気になるようであれば我慢せずにご相談下さい。
■KW Damper Kit Version-3 379,050円
This S2000 owner came from Nagano to install the KW Damper Kit. The main uses of his car are for town use, high way and some times on the track for fun. We also had to think of preventing rusts due to his living location. During the winter it snows a lot in Nagano and have to drive on the road surface full of snow melting agent.
The Damper we recommended was the KW Damper Kit. With the high speed stability which been tested on the Autobahn in Germany and the stainless body which is strong with rust makes it a strong damper which a street damper should be. The Bump/Rebound can be adjusted individually with the set up we are doing with the SRE damper, should be a strong weapon. If possible, I wanted him to try the SRE 1WAY damper but with the uses of his car and the location of where he lives I think there isn’t any other than the KW. If the car becomes more for sports uses, I recommend the SRE Damper kit for the next step which has better comfort and sports performance.
The day before I had a inquiry about the ASM Aragosta Damper kit and there are more S2000 owners who are interested with dampers. As especially with AP1-100~120 type owners. Changing the dampers while re-freshen their cars. Especially with the early models, the rear give this sticking up movement which the KW also can help reduce this movement. Personally if thinking of installing KW, the choice would be 2WAY. I don’t think you will be able to experience the full performance of KW Dampers. For those who purchased used S2000 owners as well, if thinking of changing the comfort of your car, don’t hesitate to ask us.
