名古屋からご来店、R53 JCW GP×SRE 3WAY

名古屋からご来店のR53MINIに、ASM SREダンパーキット3WAYを装着しました。ニューMINIスタイルマガジンでASMの存在を知り、色々なダンパーやお店と比較した結果横浜までご来店いただき、とても嬉しく思います。3WAYダンパーの価格は一般的なチューニングパーツと比較すると理解できませんが、超一級のレーシングパーツとして考えれば当然の価格です。決断までには相当な葛藤があったでしょうが、乗り心地の変化や性能に驚かれることでしょう。
ダンパーの魅力をより引き出すための追加パーツもいくつかお買い上げいただきました。まずはフロントアッパーマウント強化プレート。これによってアッパーマウント部分に荷重がかかった時のフィーリングがとても自然なものになります。ASM3段調整式リヤスタビライザーは純正＋7％のレートアップの真ん中ポジションで装着です。乗り心地の悪化を最小限に抑えつつ、ロール剛性を適度に向上させるこだわりのスタビレートに合わせてあります。分かりやすい（売りやすい）レート設定ではなく、欲しかったレートにこだわって作りました。
ZONEブレーキパッド＋ASMステンレスメッシュブレーキホース＋AP RACING PRF660でブレーキチューンもしっかり行います。ブレーキはリリースコントロールにこだわったパッドとして定評のあるZONE、それをベースにさらに不満なポイントをなくしたASM専用摩材をチョイスです。ASMホースはスイベル構造でジョイント部への負荷が少ない他、2輪ホースメーカーならではのコンパクト設計部品とBMRS製軽量ホースを組み合わせた、ホース単品として見ても綺麗な製品です。フルードはDOT4をクリアして低温流動性を確保しつつF1にも採用されているAP RACING PRF660で決まりしょう。その他、MIDLAND コンペティション7.5W-40エンジンオイル＋GRPオイル添加剤を追加オーダーいただきました。

We installed the ASM SRE Damper kit 3WAY to this R53 MINI from Nagoya. After looking through the New MINI Style Magazine, comparing with other damper and other shop he decided to come to ASM, which made me very happy and proud. Compared with other normal after market damper it’s a bit difficult to understand with the price with the 3WAY damper but if you think of installing a racing parts level, I think it’s understandable. It took him a while to make the decision but I am sure he will be surprised with the comfort and its performance.
He also purchased few more items which will even improve the damper’s performance. Enhance upper mount, with this installed you will have a even more natural feeling when the weight is on. ASM Rear adjustable stabilizer, installing it in the center position for +7% compared to STD. Keeping the comfort ride as much as possible but also improving the roll of the car just nicely. We didn’t make a stabilizer which was easy to sell but a rate which I wanted.
ZONE Brake pad + ASM Stainless Mesh Brake hose + AP RACING PRF 660 fluid for the brakes. With the brakes, we chose ZONE which is popular with the control of the release with adding a bit of ASM taste in to it. With the ASM hose with the swivel structure which has less pressure with the joint parts, which is also very light weight from BMRS. Just looking at the hose its self is very clean and beautiful product. With the fluid, will be using the AP RACING PRF660 which is much more clear than DOT4 and keeps the temperature and also been used in F1. Other things he added was the MIDLAND competition 7.5W-40 engine oil with GRP additive oil.
