今週に入ってからグッと暑くなってきました。ASMのPIT内でも2基の大型エアコンがフル稼働です。時間帯によって多少変わりますが、ASMでは店内と同じぐらいPIT内は空調が効いて快適なんですよ。真夏の暑さがやってきて、しかも車両出入りが頻繁になるとそうも言い切れないのですが、30度前後の気温ぐらいの今なら全く問題ありません。
そんな暑さの中、先週に続き今週もコペンオーナーさんがご来店下さいました。
まずはSACLAMさんからお借りしている試着用サイレンサーを実際にオーナーさんのお車に装着して音質確認。いつも音を聴いている自分のクルマでどれほど音が変わるのかを確認していただき、そのまま気に入って製品版を装着することになりました。近所迷惑になるような低周波音がほとんどなくて、鳴き音と高周波音が混じり合った、まさにミュージックと形容するのがピッタリな音質ですから、きっとお気に入りの一品になると思います。オープン率と全開時間が増えそうな予感がしますね〜。

It’s getting really hot starting from this week. At ASM we on the two big air-conditioner at full blast. It depending on the time but at ASM the pit is also cool as the show room. With middle of the summer with many cars going in and out, it’s not always like this but with the current temperature it should not have any problem.
While this hot weather continuing from last week. Another Copen owner came today.
First we installed the trial fitting silencer from SACLAM that we borrowed. After the owner heard and confirmed the sound quality with the difference with his car, we installed the new one for him. There isn’t any low frequency sound which is just noisy but a screaming sound with high frequency sound like music. I guarantee you will like it and I am sure you will open the top more often and revving it to the top.

TM-SQUAREサイレンサーキット by SACLAMを装着しました。装着後の排気漏れチェック時にPITのガラス越しに聞こえる軽快な音に思わず聞き入ってしまいます。少し試聴しただけだと普通のチューニングマフラーとSACLAMの違いに気付かない人がいそうですが、いつもスイフトに乗っているオーナーさんなら確実に低音が減って倍音が強く出ていることに気付いてもらえる、そんな玄人好みの音質に仕上がった日本製スポーツカー向けの数少ないSACLAM管です。
今後SACLAMミュージックをもっと連続して聞き続けるために、安心してアクセルを踏み込んでいけるサスペンションセッティングの見直しをお薦めします。特にリヤのロール剛性をアップさせる、田中ミノルさんこだわりのトーションビームは必須アイテムだと思いますよ。これからもよろしくお願いします。

We installed the TM-SQUARE silencer kit by SACLAM today. Checking the leakage of the exhaust after installation, you can hear the light sound from the pit through the window. I think most people will not know the difference between a SACLAM exhaust and other brands. But I think those SWIFT owner will know the difference which the low thick sound disappears and hear the high pitch sound. It’s a exhaust for those who loves a high pitch sound and its one of the few Japanese sports car for SACLAM.
the next step we recommend to enjoy the SACLAM music as much as possible and step on the accelerator with confidence is to re-do the suspension set up. As specially with the rear to improve the roll, change to the toe tion beam which Tanaka Minoru provides.

This Customer came all the way from Kobe and purchased the ASM exhaust manifold. Only with the VQ35HR engines can enjoy the full complete SACLAM sound quality with this exhaust manifold. This weekend we also have reservation for 380RS to install the exhaust manifold and the silencer. I am surprised with the popularity. At ASM we have installed many SACLAM silencer kit but the experience the full sound quality, with the exhaust manifold its complete.
Using the 45φ primary size pipe for increase power and off cause the equal length for each pipe for sound quality. It’s a product which popularity will increase. The road back to Kobe there is many high speed roads with many long tunnels which you will be able to enjoy the sound. VQ35HR＆380RS専用、SACLAM製エキゾーストマニホールド

静岡県からご来店のS2000オーナーさんがASMエキゾーストマニホールド04をお買い上げ下さいました。当初の予定はレカロシートのみだったのですが、何となくパーツを見ている内に気になったエキゾーストマニホールドの話になり、07タイプと04タイプと純正を比較した時に何がどう違うのかの説明を差し上げて納得の04タイプ選択です。
04タイプは「旧モデル」の一言で片付けるにはあまりに勿体ない、排気管職人の手作業によって入念に作り込まれた傑作です。最新の07モデルに対して性能では一長一短あっても、ひとつの作品として見るとこれ程の排気管はそうそう見ることはできません。あのSACLAM宇野社長が「この仕上げでこの価格ですか・・・」と絶句したほどですから。絶対的な性能なら07タイプにアドバンテージがあります。でも自分のクルマに装着できるエキマニはどちらか1本、ボクなら迷いに迷って、性能以外の何かを重視して04タイプを選択すると思います。

This S2000 owner came from Shizuoka who purchased the ASM Exhaust Manifold 04. first he was just planning to get the RECARO seats but just looking the parts that we have, and having a chat, he was interested in the exhaust manifold as well. I explained the difference between the 04 and 07 models with comparing with the genuine. And chose the 04 model.
04 models it’s just not a old model, each pipes are build by a craftsman by hand. Comparing with the newer 07 model it has its good and bad but just looking at it as a item I don’t think there is such pipe made like this. Mr. Uno the boss of SACLAM also was surprised with the price comparing with the quality. For the ultimate performance 07 model has the advantage but if there was only one that I have choose to install to my car, I would look for more than just the performance.

Z33にSACLAM管を装着しました。相変わらずの快音ですが、それだけに気になっているのが不等長エキマニが原因で発生している割れ音。これを改良すれば、高速巡航時はかすかな鳴き音が後方から追いかけてくる感じ、高回転まで回すとNAエンジンの極みとも言える快音に包まれます。VQ35DEエンジン搭載車ならマキシムワークス製、VQ35HRおよび380RSなら45φまでプライマリー径を拡大してより高性能なSACLAM製が推奨エキゾーストマニホールドです。

We installed the SACLAM pipes today. As usual it makes a lovely sound, but also gives out this braking sound due to the unequal length of the exhaust manifold. But changing this, you will be able to hear the screaming sound even at high speed chasing you from behind with the typical NA engine surrounded by it. If it’s the VQ35DE engine, the choice will be the Maxim Works manifolds. VQ35HR or 380RS will be the SACLAM exhaust manifold with the primary pipe up to 45φ.

栃木県からご来店、SACLAMサイレンサーキットを装着いただきました。カタログには掲載されていないモデルですが、Z33用をベースに中間パイプとテールピースの長さをスカイライン用に調整してあります。音質はZ33用そのものでSACLAMミュージックと呼べるレベルに達しています。大人のクーペの風格が漂うスカイラインクーペに最も似合うマフラーではないでしょうか。遠くからお越しいただきありがとうございました。

From Tochigi we installed the SACLAM silencer kit. It’s not on the catalog but based on the Z33 pipe, the middle pipe and the tail piece are adjusted for the skyline. The sound quality its self is like the Z33 that we have and you will be able to enjoy the SACLAM Music. I think it’s a silencer which matches the adult looking Skyline Coupe very well.
