メンテナンスキャンペーン最終日の今日、午前中の白S2000に続き2台目のFERODOブレーキパッド交換をオーダーいただきました。クラッチスレーブ遅延機構カット、ステンレスメッシュクラッチホース、クラッチフルードセット交換メニューも同時作業です。6月開催して大人気になったこれらのメニュー、40本用意していたAP RACING DOT5.1ブレーキフルードも、こちらのお客様でちょうどなくなりました。今回DOT5.1を使用されたお客様、次回以降はぜひ同じAP RACINGのPRF660と言うブレーキフルードを試してみてください。ブレーキタッチがさらに良くなって驚きますよ。
こちらのS2000オーナーさんは以前ASMでKWダンパーキットVersion-2を装着されたのですが、それまで装着していた社外マフラーの長さが合っていない影響で触媒が下方向に圧されていたため、触媒フランジ部分が最低地上高を下げてしまう状態になっていました。それを回避するために無理に車高を上げたところ、KWの持ち味である長距離ツーリングでの快適性が損なわれて不満を感じていたそうです。そこで試しにI.S.Designサイレンサーキットを装着してみたところ、マフラー長が適正になり触媒位置が上方向に上がったため車高を推奨位置にセットできることが分かったため、思い切って下取りに出して買い替えてを決断されました。篭りのある排気音も嫌いではないとのことでしたが、屋根を開けると高周波音たっぷり、屋根を閉めると静かで快適な環境と言う、普通のマフラーとは真逆の音量変化に驚くことでしょう。

The last day of the maintenance campaign was today. From morning, we had two S2000 changing FERODO brake pads, cutting the clutch release retardation mechanism, stainless mesh clutch horse and clutch fluid. We started in June and the 40pcs of AP RACING DOT5.1 Brake Fluid prepared for this menu are all sold out. I recommend for the next change to use the AP RACING PRF 660 for even better touch.
This S2000 owner installed the KW Damper Kit Ver.2 at ASM, but with the silencer he was using from before and the length was not right and the catalyser was pushed down, which the flange part of the catalyser goes down. And for this he had to raise the height of the car. This also affected the comfort of the KW damper, which he was not satisfied with. For this he wanted to try out the I.S.Design Silencer kit, which off cause had no problem with the height. So we took the silencer that he had for a trade in. which I think he will be surprised with the high frequency sound with the roof down and comfort with the roof closed.

Z34オーナーさんは幸せです。なぜなら車が出て間もない今の段階で既にSACLAMマフラーが選択肢に入っているんですから。このZ34のオーナーさんも装着が終わった愛車を見ながらニコニコでしたが、メカニック達もあまりに綺麗な造形に下回りをまじまじと覗き込んでしまいます。しかもこのマフラーのすごいところは、地上に降ろした状態でもボディ下面から生えてくるステンレスパイプ群が見えて只者じゃない雰囲気を発することでしょう。
エアロパーツには2種類あって、空力性能を向上させるためのものとドレスアップのためのものがありますが、このマフラーの形状は排気管としての性能を突き詰めた結果が造形に表れていて、しかもそれをチラチラと見せながら走れるわけですからエアロパーツのひとつと言って過言ではありません。音良し、性能良し、耐久性良し、それでも余裕の保安基準適合。Z34用としてはデビュー早々「最高峰マフラー」が決まったのではないでしょうか。
他にもV36スカイラインクーペのお客様がご来店。既にSACLAMマフラーをご予約されているそうですが、「エキゾーストマニホールドまで含めてASMでまとめて作業をお願いしたいかも？」とご相談いただきました。結論から言うと、Z34用マキシムワークスエキゾーストマニホールドを流用すれば問題なく可能です。ただしフューエルラインやハーネス関係の断熱処理を一工夫する必要があるので、そのあたりはしっかり考えられたZ33HR用ASMエキゾーストマニホールドのノウハウを生かして装着しますのでご安心下さい。
その後、Z33 Version nismoオーナーさんがご来店。ASM Z33のSACLAMミュージックに一目惚れしてレカロシート購入の予定がSACLAM管装着に予定変更となりました。実際の音を聴いてしまった上に、全国的に在庫不足のZ33用SACLAM管が即日装着可能となれば断る理由がなくなってしまいましたね〜。ASMエキゾーストマニホールド、ASMフロントテンションバーGT、ASMカーボンエアロボンネットなどまだまだお薦めしたい製品がいっぱいあります。レカロシートもちょっと先延ばしになっただけですから忘れちゃダメですよ（笑）。これからもよろしくお願いします♪

Z34 owners are lucky. The reason is the car just came out a while ago and they have a option to choose SACLAM silencer. This Z34owner was smiling after installation. Even our mechanics was looking under the car with how beautiful the pipes are shaped. one good thing about this is you can actually see the stainless pipes even the car is on the ground, which will give you a satisfying feeling.
There are two kinds of aero parts. One is just for looks and another for aero dynamics. For this silencer, the shape is shaped after improving which a silencer should. Which you will be able to see the pipes with its design you can say this is part of aero parts. The sound, performance, reliability is perfect. This also passes inspection. I think this is one of the best silencers for Z34 since its debut.
There was another customer who placed an ordered of SACLAM Silencer for V36 Skyline Coupe. Who wanted to do the exhaust manifold as well at ASM. Bottom line, using the Z34 Maxim works exhaust manifold shouldn’t be a problem. There will be a few things needed to do extra like adiabatic treatment for the fuel line and the harness. But with the know how from the Z33HR ASM exhaust manifold that we have we will install it perfectly.
after that, a Z33 Version NISMO owner came to ASM. After hearing the ASM Z33 SACLAM exhaust, instead of changing the seats to RECARO which he was planning too, he purchased the SACLAM pipes. There are many more items for Z33 which we recommend like the ASM exhaust manifold, ASM front tension bar and ASM carbon aero bonnet. I also told him don’t forget about the RECARO seats, which just been postponed a bit.

先週末、Z33用3本、V35スカイラインクーペ用2本、スイフト用2本のご予約や取付作業をオーダーいただいたSACLAMマフラーの人気が衰えません。この土日もZ33オーナーさんが千葉県からご来店になりました。元々はお電話で試聴をしてみたいと言うことでお買い上げの予定はなかったのですが、鳴きと高周波をバランス良く調律した音質に一目惚れ。ASM Z33の助手席試乗をした後、同じコースを自分のZ33で走行して、快適性と音質と性能のバランスを確認して納得の即日装着でした。
この他にもスカイラインクーペ用サクラム管をさらに1本ご注文いただいた他、Z33オーナー様からの問い合わせがさらに1件ありました。昨夜サクラムさんに追加注文の件で色々相談していたのですが、熟練クラフトマンが丁寧に溶接組付をしながら製品化しているモノばかりなので、今お願いしても増産が可能なのが2〜3ヵ月後になってしまいます。夏本番にサクラムマフラーを手に入れたいなら、今がそのタイムリミットに近いかもしれませんよ。

Last weekend we manage to sell 3pcs for Z33, 2pcs for V35 Skyline Coupe, 2pcs for SWIFT and installation of SACLAM Silencers. The popularity of these pipes is amazing. We had one Z33 owner from Chiba. At first, he just wanted to hear the sound and did not have any intention of purchasing it. After hearing the tuned screaming sound and test drive on the passenger seat he fell in love with it. After driving the same course with his own car for the difference he purchased the pipes.
Also had another order of SACLAM pipe for Skyline Coupe and another from a Z33 owner. I was talking on phone with SACLAM last night to discuss about the orders but since each item and handcraft and hand weld enhancement of production will be another 2~3 months time. If you are planning to purchase the SACLAM pipes before the summer now is the best timing I guess.

Finally we manage to install or should I say sold the SACLAM silencer kit for SWIFT. I am finally happy. He was replacing it from another after market silencer but before even hearing the sound, he fell in love with the products quality. After reaching the conditions for street use, arranging, tuning the sound quality and make it fun for the driver to drive. There were many SWIFT owner who came today with other after market silencers but I still think this silencer is worth your while.
Another customer has purchased the silencer, but unfortunately he needs to wait for the next lot and as soon as we have it in stock we will install it. SACLAM pipes for SWIFT, slowly but I think its going to be popular for those SWIFT owners.

偶然は重なるもので、昨日に続き今日もSACLAM管装着希望のZ33オーナーさんがご来店です。しかも、前の記事でご紹介した赤いZ33オーナーさんと全く同じタイミングで（笑）。揃って音を試聴した後、「どうせ買うならタイミングも一緒で！」・・・と思ったかどうかは分かりませんが（笑）、とにかくそのままご購入いただきました。僕らも嬉しいですね、こういう我慢できない買い方って。それだけ惚れ込んでくれた証拠ですから。ご来店ありがとうございました！

What is the chance of this? Another Z33 owner came at the same timing to install the SACLAM pipes. And at the same timing with the red one introduce on the previous content. 八王子からのご来店でした。まずはASM Z33でSACLAM管の音を試聴です。アイドリングはすごく静かで純正レベル。高速巡航時に使う2,000〜3,000回転付近は軽い排気音の中にもしっかりと鳴き音が詰まっています。4,500〜トップエンドまでは高周波音混じりで一気に吹け上がり、アクセルオフと同時にパンパンとレーシーな音。アクセルの踏み方や回転域、負荷の有無でこんなに印象が変わるマフラーは珍しいし、どの回転域でもハズレの感じがありません。
そんなわずかな時間の試聴でしたが在庫がありましたのでそのまま装着いただくことになりました。HRエンジン搭載車でしたからASM（SACLAM）製エキゾーストマニホールドとの組み合わせがお薦めです。もし割れた排気音が気になり始めたらぜひご検討下さい。確実なパワーアップと合わせてお薦めできる製品です。ご来店ありがとうございました。

We had one customer today who cam from Hachiooji to hear the sound of the SACLAM pipes on our ASM Z33. When is idling is very quiet like the genuine sound. During the 2,000~3,000rpm it has this light exhaust sound but a bit of that screaming sound in-between. From 4,500rpm till the top end it has the high-frequency sound revs up all the instantly. When releasing the accelerator it makes this racy sound. Depending on how you step on the gas at which rpm and with any burden or without, the impression of the exhaust changes and at any rpm the sound is perfect.
He didn’t listen to it for long but we had a stock lying on the pit and he purchased it. it was a HR Engine so I also recommended our ASM exhaust manifold with the silencer but it will be next time for that. For a power up and a better sound quality, I recommend to get this as well. Thank you for coming.

千葉県からご来店のZ33オーナーさんが装着下さいました。音質は分かりやすくSACLAMの音、誰が聴いてもはっきり分かるし、1度聴くと忘れられない感動的な音質のマフラーです。他にもこのマフラーをベースにしたスカイラインクーペ専用モデルもご注文いただいています。Z33用は先週も装着しましたが、どのお客様も装着後にすごく嬉しそうな笑顔を見せてくれる製品ですね。
先ほどSACLAM管購入を検討されているZ33HRオーナー様からメールでお問い合わせをいただきました。車検時の音量のことについてだったのですが、フルノーマル状態＋SACLAM管だけであれば全く問題ありません。エキゾーストマニホールドもASM製との組み合わせなら問題なく規制値内に収まります。スポーツ触媒に交換すると音量が一気に跳ね上がり、車両個体差や計測条件によって音量オーバーするケースが出てきます。音質面でも純正触媒の方が音が割れずに綺麗なのでお薦めですよ。

We have installed the SACLAM Silencer to this Z33 owner who came from Chiba. With easy understanding of the sound quality, anyone who hears this will know is SACLAM and after hearing it once, it’s difficult to forget. There are other SACLAM pipes for other models. Based on this model, which also have Skyline Coupe. We have installed these pipes last week on Z33 and every customer give a big smile after hearing it.
I have also just received a e-mail from this Z33HR owner about the volume of the pipes when going through inspection. If only with the silencer pipes, it has no problem, with the ASM exhaust manifold, also no problem. If you change the catalyser the volume will jump up enormously depending on each car conditions will not might pass. I recommend ASM exhaust manifold, silencer kit with the genuine catalyser, even with the sound quality it sounds better with it and does not have that braking sound.
