ASM レカロフェア2009年夏最初の週末だった昨日一昨日、ASMでは31脚のレカロシートを販売・取付しました。後日装着でご予約のみいただいたシートはカウントしていませんから実数はさらに多いことになります。内訳を見てみると圧倒的人気モデルはRS-G ASM LIMITED、それに続くのがSR-6 ASM LIMITEDです。共通するのは赤Wステッチをデザインアクセントとして採用していること。様々なレーシングカーや歴史あるスポーツカーにも採用されている記号性すら感じさせる組み合わせですから、2年や3年のサイクルでデザインが陳腐化している現代においても流行に左右されない普遍性も感じます。
同じ週末、スーパーオートバックス名古屋ベイで開催したASM×レカロフェアでも、ASM LIMITED16脚を含め合計22脚のレカロシートをご成約いただきました。ASMとしてこの2日間で53脚のレカロシートをお届けしたことになります。これは2005年9月にオープンして以来最高の数かもしれません。RS-G ASM LIMITED・SR-6 ASM LIMITEDと言う2大人気モデルに加えて新発売のSR-7に対するユーザーさんの支持が高いことがこの結果に繋がっています。ASMではただ新しいモデルを売るだけではなく、既存のラインナップの中からお客様に適した製品を実際に座って納得して購入いただけるように考えています。そのために用意した試座用シートは19脚にも及びます。

We had our first weekend with the ASM RECARO fair 2009 summer yesterday and the day before. At ASM we manage to sell 31 seats and installation. I haven’t counted the seats which we got reservation so the actual number should be larger. Looking at the list, the most popular seats are RS-G ASM LIMITED then SR-6 ASM LIMITED. What is common about these two seats is the red double stitch as a accent in design. This represents many racing cars and sports car. Even though after two or three years of the design cycle changes this does not change and even makes it feel normal.
On the same weekend we had the ASM×RECARO fair at Super Autobacs Nagoya Bay. We manage to sell 22seats in total and 16 ASM LIMITED out of it. During this weekend we manage to sell 53 RECARO seats. I think this is our new record after we opened in September
2005. this was possible because of the two popular model RS-G ASM LIMITED, SR-6 ASM LIMITED and the new SR-7. At ASM not only we try to sell the new model but also help choose a seat which fits the customers needs and fitments with each customer’s body type. And off cause to actually seat on the actual product and see and feel the difference and until the customer is satisfied for purchase. That’s why we have 19 different seats available to trial.
a limited amount but we have prepared for those ASM LIMITED which costs more than 100,000yen we are giving out the seat rails for free off cause it has to be purchased and install at ASM. We have prepared enough but looking at how the weekends passed. I am a bit worried. And if sell out the seat rails, it will take about 10days for the next lot to come in. so for those customers from far, I recommend to give us a call before coming or make a reservation. The SR-7 is getting very popular after having in stock. I thought after the SR-7 comes out, popularity for SR-6 will go down. But surprisingly many are choosing the SR-6 after comparing. Those thinking of buying a full bucket seat or reclining will choose SR-6. Because of the support performance for the shoulder and thigh which is attractive.
Then how about the SR-7? Well, it’s a model which is going to replace the SR-3. This has a wide range of customers. This has comfort and the balance of sports hold, for those who does not need until a full bucket seat. For the normal RECARO catalog model for the SR-7 does not have the non slip support on the shoulder so, the customer branches off with the sports performance of the SR-6 and the welled balanced SR-7.
and the ASM answer for the SR-7 is to keep the comfort performance but improving the hold with the non-slip support on the shoulder part, red doubled stitch with silver RECARO logo the SR-7 ASM LIMITED. Since it has to be ordered 200pcs by lots I wasn’t sure to produce this model but I think there are customers who likes the SR-7 and wants more sport support but not too much like the SR-6. Most probably will come out the way it is shown.
first, I was planning to add the shoulder non slip support to match the RS-G ASM LIMITED but due to the material, position and unnatural design. I chose this design to match the seat its self and to make sure that the hold performance will increase with a natural look on the seat its self.

The latest which RECARO Japan has put their strength on, the RECARO SR-7 has arrived today.
At ASM we will prepare the seats on our car. So that you can actually sit and how it will feel after installing it on the car. We will install one on the passenger side on our S2000 and drivers side on the Z33. I think within Japan, we at ASM will be the first to install the SR-7 on a car. After a week, we will be installing both seats to our Peugeot 306. We will be using this car and the seat on moving bases on long distance, getting info within our stuff and introducing on our blog and which should be able to explain to our customer.

6月1日、レカロジャパンからSR-3の後継モデルSR-7が発売となります。「え？SR-6やSR-11はどうなの？」とお感じになる方も多いことでしょう。僕らも当初はこれらのモデルがSR-3の後継になると聞いていましたが、実際に発売されてみるとSR-11はIS05ストラクチャーに特徴的なベルトホールを組み合わせ、最近の車のメタリックなインテリアにマッチしたデザインのミドルレンジモデルとして位置づけされ、SR-6はリクライニングシェルと言う明快なコンセプトで、フルバケットに限りなく近いホールド性能をリクライニングシートで実現し、ユーザーさんから圧倒的な支持を受けている人気モデルとなっています。

There will be a new model out from RECARO Japan, the SR-7. This will replace the SR-3 models and it will be out Jun 1st. Many of you might think how about the SR-6 and the SR-11, we had info about this seat from the beginning that it was going to replace the SR-3. The SR-11 has the IS05 structure with a characteristic belt hold, which matches the recent metallic design interior and it is a middle range model. With the SR-6, it has a clear concept of reclining shell type model; it’s close to shell full bucket seats with the hold, but it has reclining. Which is support and has many fans.
Using the latest IS05 structure as a base, SR-11 has more comfort to seat on, with safety and using the latest design to balancing it, SR-6 is more orthodox with not much of a new feeling but sports seats which replies and pint point’s customers needs. If comparing the SR-3, which covers all kinds of needs, it’s a bit difficult to compare but both models has its good part.
Then how about SR-7? To express shortly, using the IS05 structure, it’s a middle model of SR-11 and SR-6. it doesn’t has the hold of a SR-6 and a solid seat feeling. It doesn’t have a new design like SR-11. it has a rarity of comfort and balance of sport use, it has a fit feeling like the RS-G and supports the body entire body surface gently. That’s SR-7.
There was a dejavu feeling when I sat on it the first time, like the prototype of the SR-6. About six months before the SR-6 came out, I had an opportunity to evaluate the final proto type model of the SR-6. At that time I felt surrounded by this soft feeling. But RECARO had a clear objective of making a reclining shell type seats so they didn’t took in any ASM opinion but after two years has passed by and the favored model has arrived. At ASM they will be about 70pcs of SR-7 seats in stock between Jun to August and you can order them starting today. If you are interested please contact us.
On September 5th 2009, for our ASM 4years anniversary model, RECARO SR-7 ASM LIMITED will be out. Like the other usual ASM models, it will be with double red stitch, silver RECARO logo, kamui black, shining mesh silver and the shoulder part non-slip support added which the original RECARO SR-7 does not have. どういう繋がりなのか分かりませんが、S2000・フェラーリ360モデナに次ぐ愛車としてランサーエボリューション9を手に入れたらしく、ASM Blogで有名な芸能人さんがレカロシートを手に入れるためにご来店。S2000で使い慣れたRS-Gシェルをベースに、本革＋アルカンターラ表皮＋赤WステッチでまとめたRS-G ASM LIMITED CLをお買い上げになりました。シートレールはSP-G用のウルトラローポジレールではなく、ASMでランサーにRS-Gを装着する際の推奨セットであるノーマルフレーム＋サイドステーでの取付です。
「やはりバケットは全然違いますね。座り慣れた感じもあるので違和感はな無かったです。特に良かったのはシフト操作が楽になったのと高速でのコーナーでも1速上のギアで走れることでしょうか？体がロールするのは仕方ありませんが、車の挙動までおかしく感じていたのが緩和されて非常に心地良くなりましたよ。出来ればもう少し下げたい気がしますが・・・。
フロントはノーマルより上がった印象ですが、ヒップポイントがさがってその恩恵で全体的に下がったみたいですね。とりあえずバスから乗用車的になったので満足度は80％くらいですね。後2cm下げてみたい感じですが、なんか考えてください。とりあえず、ありがとうございました。」
さすが進化を続ける踊るオジサン、時間が経過してレカロの良さをやっと理解でき始めたようです。あと2cmだったら体重を支えきれずウレタンがヘタるのを待ちましょう。S2000の助手席追加もお待ちしています。靴下右側だけ履いて歩くと笑われますよ♪

I don’t know why but having two S2000, Ferrari 360 Modena, he bout a Lancer Evolution9. the owner is famous on ASM blog. He came today to purchase a RECARO seat for the Evo. Choosing the same seat which he uses on the S2000, he choused the RS-G ASM LIMITED CL. For the seat rail, he didn’t choose the ultra low positioning rail for the SP-G but the normal frame with the side stay.
“Shell bucket type seats are completely different and feels good. I guess I am use to it since I am using it everyday. Shift work became much more easier and maybe I can chose one gear above at high-speed corners? I don’t have much choice with my body moving but the comfort has definitely improved. But I would like to lower it just a bit more.
The front feels like it’s a bit high but I guess the hip point is low so over all feels low. I am satisfied by 80% I would like to lower 2cm more so please think of something but thank you”
He says. After all this years he finally appreciate RECARO seats. I told him; if he wants to lower the seat 2cm more, wait until the cushion gets flat. I told him to get another one for the passenger side when he comes next time.

ASM筑波スペシャル2008シェイクダウンは恒例の岡山国際サーキット

2002年頃だったかな、当時たくさんの車好きが集まっていた三河湾スカイラインの展望駐車場でこの車をはじめて見ました。歴代ランボルギーニやフェラーリなど憧れの車がたくさん集まっている中で、最も僕の印象に強く残ったのがこのsmartクロスブレードです。日本国内には60台ほどしか存在していない車だそうですが、今日はその内4台がASMに集合しました。S2000の累計登録台数が17,000台とすると約1,100台のS2000が集まったのと同じです。
見ての通り、これは果たして車なのか？と本気で悩んでしまうパッケージの車です。MINIを運転するのにヘルメットを装着していると挙動不審者としてインタビューされてしまいそうですが、smartクロスブレードならそれも自然に見えるかもしれません。そういう意味ではバイク寄りなのかな？ドアもジェットコースターのごとく「棒」です。ドライバー脱落防止のバーと言うイメージです。一応ガルウィングなのですが、これが上に開こうと横に開こうとどちらでもいい感じ、棒であることが全てです。各部も雨で濡れることが前提の作りになっていて、遊び心でいっぱいですね。smart自体が格好いい車ですが、不便さを極めたクロスブレードはその中でも飛びぬけて洒落が効いています。
今日は本皮＋アルカンターラ表皮のフルバケットレカロシート、RS-G ASM LIMITED CLを左右セットで装着していただきました。ギリギリ雪が降る直前の際どい天気の中、遠くからのご来店ありがとうございました。
■RECARO RS-G ASM LIMITED CL 225,750円
The first time I saw this car was I think back in 2002. There is this parking lot at Mikawawan which lot of car lovers gets together. All kinds of cars. Even Ferrari’s, Lamborghini’s. out of all those cars. The strongest impression I had was this smart cross blade. There is only about 60 cars in Japan and four of them came to ASM. There if about 17,000 S2000 resisted in Japan. It’s almost the same with 1,100 S2000 at ASM.
As you can see, this doesn’t look anything like a car or if you can call it a car. If you drive the MINI with the helmet on you might get pulled over for questioning. With this it just might look natural. In that way maybe its more like a motorcycle. Even the door looks like a bar from a rollercoaster, to make sure you don’t fall off. It has lambo doors but by the looks of it, it doesn’t seem to matter if the doors open up or side ways. It seems like when they build this they didn’t seem to care if it gets wet or not and lots of fun just looking at it.
smart it self I think is a good car but if you think about the inconveniences, the cross blade has the fun of it self.
Today we installed Two RS-G ASM LIMITED CL for each side. I would like to thank him for coming from a distance place and the unstable weather which might have snowed.
